- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale or discounted items are not returnable.

- Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the original item.
- Customer is responsible for return delivery unless the item was faulty.
